How to Lay Artificial Grass
Installation Process
Below is an overview of a typical installation for installing or laying artifical fake grass in a rear garden

Step 1
Remove the existing turf to a depth of 75mm.
Step 2
Inset a timber frame around the perimeter.
Step 3
Reinstate the area with aggregate and compact using a vibrating plate.
Step 4
Screed the area with 2-6mm of granite stone creating a flat surface.
Step 5
Cover the area using a geo-textile membrane.
Step 6
Lay the grass out, cut to the perimeter then fix to the timber frame.
Step 7
Cover the area with kiln dried sand.
Step 8
Grass installation complete, and ready for years of enjoyment!
